Wild Flower Watch (Lite)

A wet weekend again.

I managed to slip out between showers this afternoon and spent an hour shooting.

Unfortunately I have had interruption after interruption this evening and have run out of time to put together a post.

So rather than disappoint entirely here is a teaser. I will try to get a post together about the changes in the past week on Tuesday.

This is a "Twining Fringe Lily" (Thysanotus patersonii)
Like many of the flowers in the cemetery they are minute, around 6mm (1/4 inch) across.

You seem to have many feathery flowers down there!

Often, it's the smallest things that are the most beautiful! I love this one, Al.

Love the texture of this one as much as the color!
