I have spent so much time sorting piccies and working out what to post about that I have run out of time.
So one quick pick of two cute little fellahs.
They are a male Superb Blue Fairy Wren (in the front) and a female in the back.They look very cute, but superb and blue? Not really.
I got this photo about four weeks ago and at that stage the males were still in their boring summer feathers.
But these guys are so hard to photograph I was really happy with this pic. They never, and I mean never, sit still. They dart around so quickly that even with very fast exposures they are usually just a blur.
They are also tiny, those are blades of grass criss-crossing on the right and left of the frame.
So hopefully a proper post in the next couple of days.
