A Record Short Post

My number two Daughter Io saw most of our swans today.
To be precise she saw the two babies and one of the parents.
Hopefully I’ll catch up with (and photograph) them later in the week.

Continuing with the wet theme:Agnes Falls in Gippsland.

Oh I do like the still shot of the rush of water! It looks as if it's smoking! Beautiful!

I'm glad to hear about the swans. The picture is great. I can almost hear the rush of the water over the rocks and into the water below.

Hi Amanda,
Hearing the babies were safe was a relief. Pleased you liked my piccies!

Hi Marguerite,
This week has been hectic to say the least.
Thank you about the pic. I’ll be back to your blog.

Hi Michelle,
The swan news was great.
I love waterfalls, so I ma happy to share.

Hi Carolyn,
It is a nice fall. I’ll hopefully post some piccies of the baby swans on Sunday.

Hi Jennifer,
The shot worked well. It would probably have been a little better if the day was dimmer. You can take long shots in dim light which really captures the motion of the water.
Indeed, thank you Io!

Hi Jemi,
I’m relieved about the swans too.
Waterfalls are somehow relaxing and energetic at the same time, magic indeed.

Hi Pamela Jo,
So am I. The piccie certainly does capture the energy of the fall.

Hi Jackee,
It is beautifully green at the moment. We have had a very wet winter.
Hopefully Sunday for the cygnets.

Hi Al,
Thanks for dropping by my community today. Your "wet theme" photos are beautiful, some of them are scary just because I've seen my former city of Miami flooded after a hurricane. :(
Glad to hear the swans are okay.
Keep us updated, please.

Hi Ann,
It was a relief. I kind of knew they would be OK but reassurance is good anyway.

Hi Shannon,
There are certainly some gorgeous spots down this way.
I am only too happy to share.
I like to drop by.

Hi Claudia,
Reminders of difficult times can be painful can’t they. Fortunately this batch of flooding hasn’t caused any real problems in my area, and the worst up north is easing in most places.
It was a relief.

Oh that's beautiful. I haven't seen a live waterfall in too long.

When I lived in Northport, NY, I liked seeing the baby swans and ducks each spring.

Hi Marsha,
It is good to see the cygnets thriving. Thank you!
