I have had a rather frustrating weekend mostly spent shopping for clothes for work.
Have I ever said how much I hate shopping?
I’d rather be out in the bush trying to photograph something like this.
The Hopetoun falls, Otway Ranges Western Victoria.
Or stalking one of these
A New Holland Honey Eater (Phylidonyris novaehollandiae)
Now I should throw some light on my What is it Wednesday puzzle from last week.

Everyone guessed something like street lights, or reflections of the same.
Here is the full image.
Can you see now?
And a shot taken from the same place using a long exposure.
I had the cameras set on a tripod to capture these shots.
The lights are on a wharf front crane unloading a container ship at night.
I posted this piccie nearly a year ago when I was experimenting with my then “new” camera.
I have my eye fixed on a new “new” camera but at close to $4,000 I think it will stay in the shop. For now!

very cool the things you can do with an expensive camera. My son wants a better camera to get birds since he's and avid birder. I'm pretty happy with mine being an amateur but if I was rich...
love the waterfall, so pretty, and the little honey eater is lovely :)
Those are quite beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
Shopping for clothes can be a pain. :( I pretty much only buy clothes in two shops and one is six hours away. :(
Thanks for sharing the photos. I really want a nice camera before we go to Alaska. My last nice camera got moisture trapped in the lens when we went to Costa Rica. It can't be fixed. :(
I love the pics you post. Sorry I missed the last "what is it". I don't know where I was to have done that. However, I know I would never have guessed.
They're not fireflies!?!?!? :-(
And what's not to like about shopping!??! :-(
That' two frowns this Sunday! LOL!!
Take care

I wouldn't have guessed that in a million year! But it's still beautiful.
My sympathies on the clothes shopping--I hate that, too.
Thank you for sharing the beautiful (and mysterious) photos!
Wow! That's amazing with all the lights and colors!
I hate shopping too. I hope you found the clothes you needed.
